Hydroseeding is a technique that spreads a specialized grass “slurry” over bare ground to grow grass and prevent soil erosion. This slurry is made up of grass seeds, mulch, water, and fertilizer.

Drill seeding is a mechanical grass seeding method, which places seed with proper spacing and at precisely the right depth in the soil. 

Install an immediate, beautiful lawn with sod. 

Our sod is locally sourced from Seven Cities Sod in Davenport, Iowa. The sod consists of four different varieties of Kentucky Bluegrass seed.

Slit seeding is installed with a machine that has discs that slice into the ground and drop grass seeds into the furrows. 

Straw blanket is installed over finish graded area and is mechanically seeded. The straw blanket is tacked down to keep the conditions favorable for seed growth.

Rising in popularity are wildflower patches. These seeded areas promote pollinators and are functional for those interested in beautiful flowers and having less to mow.
